Car Park Information
- The car park will open at 7:45 AM.
- Please follow the directions of our volunteer car park attendants — we deeply appreciate their help in managing the flow of traffic.
- If you require accessible parking, inform the first attendant you see, and they will guide you to the designated area and nearest entry point.
- Please note: Parking is not permitted on Lockwood Road, which leads directly to the Conference Centre.

Entry & Ticketing
- Doors open at 8:15 AM.
- Have your ticket ready for scanning at the entrance. If you don’t have it, our team can look up your name on the registration list.
- Each attendee (including guests) must have their own unique ticket, either printed or displayed on a smartphone.
- If you haven’t received your ticket via email, please contact us at [email protected].
- You will receive a wristband upon entry, which will serve as your access pass for both days. On Sunday, wristbands will be checked instead of scanning tickets.
- If you've lost your wristband, we can verify your registration upon entry.
- Please note that bags and backpacks may be subject to a security check as you enter the venue.
Seating Arrangements
- Ushers will guide you to your seat based on your group size and available seating.
- Seating will be filled from front to back, so please wait to be directed.
- Accessible seating is available at the back and sides of the auditorium for those who have made prior requests.
- Kindly refrain from sitting in reserved seats, as these are allocated for event staff and individuals requiring accessibility accommodations. Thank you for your cooperation.
Food & Refreshments
- Complimentary tea and coffee will be available throughout the day in the foyer.
- We recommend bringing your own snacks and lunch to avoid queues during lunch breaks.
- A barista van will be on-site serving coffee and snacks all day.
- A food truck will offer a selection of hot meal options.
- Café lunch items such as wraps, sandwiches, chips, and soft drinks will be available for purchase.
- Muffins and croissants will be sold during morning and afternoon tea breaks.
- All food and drink purchases can be made via EFTPOS only.
- Please note: Only water is permitted inside the auditorium.
