We are about one month from the Awaiting His Return Prophecy Conference in Melbourne. At this point we will be sending emails with important updates as they arise.
If you have registered for multiple people, please feel free to forward this email to them so that they are kept updated.
CONFERENCE DETAILS
The day after the conference, we will be hosting Amir and Barry at our church in Endeavour Hills – address here. In order for us to plan for the service, please let us know if you are planning to come along by filling in this form. Our regular service is 10:30am, however this may change to accommodate two services based on attendance numbers. By completing the form, you will be informed of any changes.
Volunteers - Carpark
We need several more volunteers for the car park on conference day. This is essential to ensure things run according to schedule and to reduce the potential for traffic jams. If you or anyone you know can help us, that would be very much appreciated. We expect a commitment from 8:30am to about 10:15am. Conference begins at 10am starting with a time of worship. All volunteers in this area will be entitled to free entry, lunch, and can reserve their own seating. To register, please go here.

CONFERENCE DETAILS
- CARPARK OPENS - 9:20am
- Please be courteous in the carpark and follow the direction of the carpark attendants – they are volunteers just doing their job.
- DOORS OPEN - 9:25am
- ENTRY – Please ensure that you and everyone you registered for has a unique ticket – either printed or on a smartphone. This will be checked at the entry doors. If you have neither, you will be diverted to a registration desk to be manually verified – this may take longer.
- SEATING – first come first serve, no allocated seating.
- There will be seats marked “Reserved” for volunteers, we ask that you respect this and not take up these seats or remove the signs.
- If you have a disability and require reserved seating (such as wheelchair access) please let us know.
- SCHEDULE – start at 10am, finish at 4pm, lunch from 12-1pm. Detailed schedule HERE (under Frequently Asked Questions).
- FOOD & DRINK – thank you for all who are able to bring your own food. There will be a very limited selection (sandwiches, muffins etc.) available for purchase for those who have stated that they cannot bring their own lunch. Hot drinks and packaged drinks will be available for purchase. No EFTPOS facilities - please bring cash.
- TOILETS – are located in the foyer area of the conference venue

We are only a few days away from the conference. Here’s some important information to note.
Carparking
- There will be a high attendance on the day and limited parking, so please come early – but NOT before 9:20am.
- Carpool if you are able to.
- Please obey the carpark attendants and make their job easier – they are volunteers for whom we are very grateful.
- If you have a disability please inform the first carpark attendant and he will direct you to disabled parking, entry, and seating.
- Rain is forecasted for the previous day, so please drive carefully as the ground may be soft.
Entry – bag checks and ticketing
- Doors open 9:25am
- As you enter the foyer please be prepared to have any bags ready for inspection by security personnel.
- Ensure that you (and guests) have a unique ticket – either printed or on a smartphone. If you did not receive your ticket via email, recover it here. By receiving this email it means you ARE registered. Please do not contact us unless the link above does not work.
- Show your ticket to the door greeter to gain entry into the auditorium.
Seating
- An usher will direct you to seats based on your group size and seat availability.
- The plan is to fill up the seats from the front to the back.
- If you would like to request special seating for any particular reason, you will be directed to head usher to consider this.
Food
- Basic tea and coffee facilities will be available in the foyer all day – free and self-serve.
- A barista van is available outside all day for coffee and snacks.
- Muffins will be available for sale in the foyer for morning and afternoon tea.
- Lunches will be for sale in the foyer for those who have expressed that they are unable to bring their own food during the initial ticket booking. There will also be a souvlaki van in the carpark during lunch time.

VENUE AND ACCOMMODATION
VENUE
- As this event is at a conference centre, and not in our regular service location, we cannot provide you with specific advice on how to get there. Please refer to the general information below
- ADDRESS - Belgrave Heights Convention Centre - 3 Convention Ave, Belgrave Heights VIC 3160
- If you are travelling by car, taxi, or Uber, this address can be easily found using Google Maps or Melways Directory (Page 84 Grid E3).
- Getting there by public transport can be planned via Google Maps (https://www.google.com/maps) or the Journey Planner at https://www.metrotrains.com.au/.
- We are unable to provide specific accommodation advice - please refer to information below.
- The convention centre has accommodation, but is mainly catered for groups and camps. For more information, please see here.
- The convention centre may be able to recommend nearby accommodation.
- A Google search for "Belgrave Heights Accommodation" may yield some results.

How do I book tickets?

I have lost my ticket / I never received the confirmation email from Trybooking
I have already donated previously and would like some tickets without paying.
I want to book for multiple people
When booking you can select any number of tickets you want. You do not have to provide individual names. Simply provide each member with a unique ticket that you will receive.
I booked already but want to book more
Simply book again using the links above. There are no allocated seating, so it doesn't matter how many occasions you book.
What do I do with the ticket I receive via email?
I cannot afford the fee
Please contact us and we will assist you – as we do not want anyone to miss out.
I do not have a credit card to make the booking
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes, you can get a refund, up until two weeks before the conference (13/7/19). If you have booked more tickets than you need, you can specify how many you wish to cancel. The booking fee cannot be refunded.

CHILDREN
- Given the large number of attendees, limited break time, and limited serving space we do not have the capacity to cater enough food for all the registrants. We strongly encourage you and your guests to bring your own packed lunch.
- Food available for purchase may include sandwiches, muffins, and drinks (hot and cold). No EFTPOS facilities are available.
CHILDREN
- We prefer that younger children do not attend the conference as there are no facilities to care for them.
- Given the limited time available for the conference, we are seeking to minimise any distractions so that everyone will benefit from the day.
- If your child is old enough to listen and engage with the message for the whole day, you are welcome to bring them along.
